How to play
Word Arena turns vocabulary revision into a reflex game. Instead of clicking through flashcards, you read real Polish words as they drift down the screen and race to recall and type what they mean. Because you're typing against a clock, the words you know become automatic and the ones you don't jump out immediately — which is exactly the vocabulary you should review next. Pick a topic to focus (animals, food, verbs and more) or play the mixed set, where the vocabulary widens as you survive — starting around 26 words and opening up to more than 200 drawn from the reference tables. Words are dealt from a shuffled bag, so you see every one before any of them comes back. It pairs perfectly with the lessons and My Vocabulary: learn the words there, then prove you own them here.
What counts for the leaderboard
Only one setting is ranked: the Mixed topic on Normal mode. A single topic draws from a much smaller word list, so those scores aren't comparable with a mixed run; and Relaxed has no lives, so a run there never ends and the score is limited only by how long you sit there. Everything else about them is unchanged — they still teach, and words you miss still go to My Vocabulary. Ranked runs are marked with a ★ before you start, and the game-over screen always tells you which kind of run you just played. Appearing on the public leaderboard also needs an account, since the board needs a name to show.
